چکیده
We have studiedcalciumand magnesium determinationwiththe AutoAnalyzer,usingdialysis, and measurement by atomic absorptionspectrophotometry. The fraction ofcalciumand magnesium thatdialyzesisproportional to the protein content of the sample; therefore an error is introduced when aqueous solutions of calcium or magnesium salts are used as standards.Apparently,the presenceof proteinscauses increaseddialysis ofCa2 and Mg2.
